Golf Tournament Sponsorship Form

Dear Saint Annah Lodge #350 supporter,

Saint Annah Lodge #350 is a recognized non-profit Masonic lodge in Raleigh, NC. We have been awarded Lodge of the Year for the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of NC and Jurisdiction (MWPHGLNC) in 2022 and 2024. We are soliciting your support to raise funds for our 2026 Kendall Harris Memorial Scholarship and PM’s Juneteenth Charity Golf Tournament. The success of Saint Annah’s charity golf tournament relies heavily on individual, small businesses and corporate sponsors like you to help provide deserving college students a scholarship for the 2026-2027 school year. Last year with your assistance we were able to provide three $1000 scholarships to extremely deserving students. Your consideration of a sponsorship is greatly appreciated.

Individual and Business Sponsors will be listed on a placard and displayed at a tee box for one or more of the 18 holes available for sponsorship. The sponsorship level is $100. Multiple holes for sponsorship are also available in $100 increments. The sponsorship placard will be displayed throughout the day of the tournament.
